artisanal sourdough breads and pastries, made with freshly milled flour & love.
a portion of our flour milled in house using organic wheat berries from Grains From the Plains in Eastern Colorado. all other flour is stone milled, without added enrichments or stabilizers and sourced from Cairn Springs Mill in Washington State.
