what are the hours of the bake shop?
wednesday-saturday: 8 am -2 pm

we keep hours on our Google listing up to date as well, please check there for the most current information as we do close occasionally. our next scheduled closure will be june 18th- June 21st.
do you have a retail shop?
yes, we have a retail shop located at 15 S. main street in Alma, CO. we are located between Alma’s Gym and Hoosier Daddy Liquor, just south of The Al-Mart.
where else can I find bristlecone bake shop goods?
we deliver to locations in Park, Summit, and Chaffee counties, and also attend the Salida Farmers market on a bi-weekly basis June-October. June 28 will be our first Salida Farmers Market in 2025.
PARK COUNTY:
Kiki’s Peak Produce, Jefferson (Memorial Day- early October): sourdough loaves are available Friday-Sunday.
Black Kettle Coffee Shop, Alma: select pastries are available on Sunday mornings.
CHAFFEE COUNTY:
The Lettucehead Food Company, Buena Vista : sourdough loaves, bagels, and baguettes are delivered on Thursday afternoons. customers can also pre-order online to pick up a custom order on Thursday afternoons. (order by Wednesday afternoon).
Coffee by Topo, Salida : select pastries are delivered every other Wednesday. customers can also pre-order online to pick up a custom order on Wednesday afternoons. order by Tuesday afternoon. please check our pre-order site to view the next delivery/pick up date.
Salida Farmers Market, Alpine Park (June-October): select pastries and loaves are available every other Saturday at the Salida Farmers Market through October. our first market in 2025 will be on June 28th.
SUMMIT COUNTY:
Baretto 1931, Breckenridge: select pastries are available on Friday mornings. customers can also pre-order online to pick up a custom order on Friday. (please order by Thursday afternoon)
how do I place an order for pick-up?
please place an order here. we post our menu for the following week on Sundays. sign up for text reminders to recieve a notification when a menu drops.
you do not need to pre-order for our retail location, though we do recommend showing up early for the best selection. we aim to sell out by the end of the day!
if you’d like to reserve items, we offer preorders for the retail shop on Thursday and Friday only.
do you ship your bread?
we do not ship bread or pastries at this time.
I would love your baked goods for a dinner party, baby shower, graduation…can I place a large order or pick up on a day that you are not open?
if you have a special request, please email maggie@bristleconebakeshop.com. with enough lead time (preferably a week or more) I will do my best to accommodate you! please keep in mind that we do not offer cakes at this time, but can recommend other talented bakers in the area.
